For sale is this all original Seiko Lord Marvel Hi-Beat Ref. 5740-8000 from 1967.
It is in fantastic conditions, unpolished case with only some hairlines and perfect stunning dial.
It is a rare and collectible one too because the “seahorse” caseback was only adopted for the first year of production, before they switched to the plain caseback.
The movement is the manual wind cal. 5740C that beats at 36000 A/h, one of the first Hi Beat production movements, right after the GP Gyromatic cal. 32a.
The movement was serviced i believe 3 years ago by the previous owner and works as it should keeping accurate time.
I’m asking 520 Euro including shipping to the EU by UPS, the watch is located in Italy.
