Vintage Seamaster, looking for spares

Hi everybody, I am writing from Italy.
I recently got the Seamaster in the picture and would like to know a bit more about the watch (couldn't find much online).
Moreover I brought it to clean to a famous watch shop in Milan and the guys, to clean the steel, has damaged the wax bezel... Does somebody know where I can buy one? Omega did not answer to my email....
Thanks to those who will help...

A "famous watch shop" cleaned your bezel - I can only assume that they used a ultrasonic cleaner? 🤦

That's ignorant, careless and downright idiotic. I hope they have compensated you?

I believe it is possible to buy new, non-tritium bezels, but in order to find an old one to match the watch, you will need to go on eBay or similar.

Please name the place so others can avoid it in the future.

The Omega Factory will be able to get you one replacement bezel. you need a watchmaker with an Omega account.

Terrible to see. Good luck.

If you Google "omega seamaster 166.073" you will find more info about this watch.

By the way, how did you get this watch? Did you buy it or inherited it?

Look on ebay, these bezels occasionally come up to the surface..
And I wonder who in 2021 still uses to clean bezels with ultrasonics…

If OP's "famous watch shop" does not have an Omega account, perhaps they are not famous enough.

They haven't paid anything, and money would have not fixed it. I asked them to help find a new bezel, but obviously they didn't want to take it on anymore...

Few time back I tried to mail them unsuccessfully... Will try through an Omega official dealer.
