Vintage Safety Razors

Hey there,

Since most of us are collecting watches, I am pretty sure some of us also have vintage safety razors.

Let's share them all !

Instead of going to the supermarket to get my first DE, I took a lot into vintage ones and found an old Gilette Slim (gen?) for few bucks.
It needs a little work (cleaning) but nothing my hands aren't use to. A before/after could be done once it's in my possesion.
I think it will make for a good first DE since it's adjustable and I find restoring anything in life to good usable/ almost new condition amazing (Just like those watches I am getting from Japan).
Any suggestions or recommandations is more than welcomed ! Plan is to get a pack of different blades once it's restored.

Cheers,

I showed this earlier in a thread Interesting Stuff Found Around the House. This is an English made Rolls razor. Inside one cover is the hone, and inside the other cover is the strop. As the handle is moved back and forth, the blade flips over. More of a curiosity than a useful tool. This is at least 90 years old.
