Vintage Rolex Date ref. 1500

Dear all,

I’m selling a vintage Rolex Date from the early 70s (2.1M serial). It’s reference 1500.

It comes on the folded oyster bracelet with a date code of 4/72 and therefore period correct for the watch. The watch keeps great time and works as it should. However the service history is unknown to me. As far as I can see everything is original and nothing has been replaced. Diameter is 34mm plus crown.

please keep in mind that this is a 50+ year old watch so it has signs of wear and is not new.
