Vintage pocket watches

Hi everybody,
posting this here as it probably attracts most attention. A 82 year old neighbour has gifted me the below pocket watches, one of them being the WW 1 trench watch of his grandfather. Don't want to debate why he is giving that one away, suffice to say that no one in the family is interested and he knows I collect watches. The trench watch surprisingly still runs, seems they handed out quality equipment back then. The radium in the hands has fallen out and is still inside, the thing properly lights up my counter.
Can anybody let me know what these are worth approximately? I really don't want to take advantage of him in any way.
Thanks,
Florian

I dont like to be the messenger of bad news but basically pocket watches are worth closely to nothing.
Saying that there are some exceptions like it`s been from a famous brand or it`s a piece of art.
Or in your case it has a GB forces history (broad arrow) but I wouldn`t expect much.

Normally I would say open the caseback and show the movement but with all this radium please don`t do that.

You’d need to see what movements are powering these to see what non-sentimental value they have. This is a good time to collect pocket watches, as not everyone is interested in them. But as always, it depends on the model, condition, the history, and condition, as well as condition.
