VINTAGE OMEGA WATCHES

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if one of these Omega watches is more desirable or valuable than the other. Both appear to be in good condition. Both have a 268/269 movement. Both are recently serviced and working well and both are solid 9ct gold.

I have the opportunity to purchase one of them.

I'd pass on both of them and look for a better example. Both appear to have been overly polished and both have dial damage. I also have questions about the hands of the top watch.

Yeah neither is blowing me away, but if you can get one for the scrap price it’s not a bad buy

Top watch has incorrect hands.

Bottom watch has correct hands, but one seems to be broken at the post. Neither look to be in good condition.

Unless these are cheap enough to allow for both a service and hand replacement, which I’m not sure is possible, I would pass.
