Hi All,

I am having a sort out of my older watches to see what is worth spending some money on to get working again. i bought this Green TV dial watch from an antique center about 20 years ago. A few months after the purchase it stopped working so got put in draw and forgot about it. Has anyone seen this model before? and is it worth spending money on a service and new strap? i also see the plating has come away in some places but luckily not really visible from the front.

thanks for any comments 😀

If it runs, $100 in my opinion as a parts watch. Groovy '70s Omega. Put a green leather strap on it and enjoy on St. Patrick's day ;-)
Not worth servicing as TexOmega says.

Talk about green dial TV screen watch, I just got one recently. It’s a really nice, solid one that I’d love to wear. Total price is 500euro (service included).

Perhaps depends on location. I’d say in the UK in an open eBay auction, a non running gold plate Omega such as this would go around £175 minimum.
