·Good chance some scalpers will jump in at the last second anyway and ask for shipping later, but with those MKII hands it could just as well be a cal 861 in there..... as there are no movement shots. Seller should not complain if this stays under 25K i think, stil a lot of money for a "dial only" watch.
If there isn't a caliber 861 within, that's an even bigger problem.
