Hello everyone, I’m pretty new to the omega world. Just wanted some info on this piece I recently bought. I bought the watch alone with no band for a little over $400 and was told everything is original minus the seconds hand and it’s gold filled. I added a custom strap to it and here are some photos I have of the piece. Does it look authentic and if anybody knows more Info I’d appreciate it!

Could you take a clearer picture of the inside of the case-back? There should be engraved a reference number which is not clearly visible from the currently posted pics. The movement serial number is also poorly visible.

That was the pic provided to me unfortunately from the seller I haven’t yet taken it to be opened up so unfortunately that’s the only pics I have, I plan to take it soon

That's OP's watch I believe.
I suspected it might be however a search of the reference will find others with different hands. (I suspect the hands on the OP example are not original) see below
