Vintage Omega Seamaster Chronometer

Hi All,

I'm new to collecting vintage Omegas so I was hoping to get an education/help from members of the forum. I know a seller that has several vintage Omegas and I'll start a thread for each one I am potentially interested in. This is the second one. Attached are some pics that are available and below is the information the seller has provided. Does this raise any red flags for anyone? And if this seems legit, what would be a fair price to offer (please be sincere in this feedback - I want to offer the seller a realistic price but one that is not unfair to me). Thanks!

Info:
Omega Seamaster Automatic Chronometer Officially Certified - automatic 352Rg filter pile - honeycomb dial - original, authentic and unique

What are your own observations?

I like the linen dial but I have no idea how legit the mechanism (for the case and the dial), etc. I'm pretty naive when it comes to vintage Omegas, which is why I'm seeking any feedback from the community

One of the nicer examples I’ve seen of this model. Everything seems in order and the state of preservation seems even through the watch.

I’ve been out of this market for awhile, but would think that a starting offer of $1,200 would be fair. Expect to be pushed higher. You don’t see these every day.

Ok. Thanks! I’ll make the seller an offer and see what he says.

Found this watch online. Seller asks 9.000.000 vietnamese dong which should be around 350€. Thats some kind of mistake or?

If that is indeed the watch and asking price, it seems too good to be true.

I can confirm that I have seen that website too. The watch is now marked as sold. There are several watches listed there at wildly varying prices, all ridiculously cheap.

Current value of asking price.

Hope our OP got it and will confirm receipt later.
