Vintage Omega Seamaster 600 (Fake or Real)

Hi guys, my grandmother found this at an antique shop in the south of France for €30. It’s been sitting in my cupboard for a few years now, so I decided to finally do some research on it, and I can’t find anything similar to it! It’s puzzling because the dial looks like a seamaster 300 more than it looks like a 600. Overall the condition is good, yet the dial seems a little weird. What do you think? Has anyone seen a 600 that looks like this? Or maybe it was a bargain to good to be true.

Appreciate the help!

The case looks genuine (I would assume the movement also) but the dial is a fantasy repaint and the watch is not a Seamaster 600.

If you can get the caseback opened it will show the reference number.

Redial watch that has been sanded and spruced up for sale. That case back has seen a lathe or sander

It's a real Omega but never looked like it did now.
