Generic jewel sets from any watch parts supplier should be enough.

I think @sheepdoll has a jewel chart for vintage Omega movements.

These appear to be bezel set jewels (also sometimes known as "rubbed in" jewels). They are very different from modern press in style jewels, and are becoming harder to find all the time, at least in well sorted sizes. These can be replaced with modern press in jewels, but most collectors would frown on this, so it really depends on how original you want to keep this. Finding the proper original jewels, that have the right shape, outside diameter, and hole size, can be challenging and will require patience. I've seen some watchmakers go to the point of finding one with the right hole size, and then machining the jewels down to fit the opening.
