Hey folks,
New guy here. Does anyone know where I can find parts for a vintage Omega Seamaster? The bezel on one of my Omegas popped off, and of course I can't find it. My Jeweler said I should contact Omega. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Unfortunately a bezel is going to be extremely hard to find. You may have to buy a donor watch in poor condition

They are closed for the weekend. I'm anticipating that the part will be impossible to find, so I'm asking advice for other possible providers.

What's the case number?

There are people who can produce a replacement bezel, also in this forum. As pointed out above, finding a replacement is going to be very, very difficult so a reproduction might be the easier way to go.

If you know anyone in particular, let me know!

What did Omega say when you contacted them?
Spoke with them today. I have to send it to the Swatch Group Service Center in NJ. After they assess it, the cost will be somewhere between $200 and $300. Hopefully they have the part.

Stainless steel, they might just make one. But I suspect they used the same bezel on many different watches, so let's hope that's true in your case!

I think you should keep looking for the bezel that popped off. That might be easier than finding a replacement. Take your time, these things often show up after a while.

Dan, The funny thing is that I saw it on the floor of the hallway in the high school that I work in. I said to myself,"Hey, that looks like a watch bezel!" I see so much junk jewelry there that i just passed it by. Knowing the efficiency of our custodians, it's gone! an expensive assumption!!! I sent out a few feelers on this group chat and got the name of one person, but he hasn't responded back. I figured I'll let Omega handle it.

Ask the custodian/s if you haven't. Maybe they saw it and picked it up. Everyone is inquisitive and usually don't throw out things they're not sure of

Just a short note to thank everyone here for their advice and recommendations on my Seamaster repair. The watch is being sent out today, and I will post a picture of it when it is returned.
Happy Holidays,
Ken
