Vintage omega gold watch constellation??..1975..help please

This is the third thread this year where someone with a fake Omega join for an evaluation, gets told it is fake and not made of gold and then proceed to state that they have had it tested/evaluated and it really IS gold. No proof or naming of who did the testing, naturally.

Either the combined knowledge of OF is seriously flawed or some people think they can pull a fast one and lure an idiot to make a bid on a POS.

I know you want it to be real but it simply isn’t.
Omega didn’t put this script on the back of their watches.
The fakers did this to entrap the punters they were conning.
If you have a young niece, give it to her for her dressing up box - or take a hammer to it, which ever you prefer.

it isn’t solid gold, it might be gold plated if you’re lucky.
It has no intrinsic value and it has no horological value as it is a fake.

so, either gift it to someone as a novelty or put it back in the drawer as an amusing keepsake.
