Hello!

I inherited this beautiful vintage Omega Genève from my grandfather.

The serial number is 33620xxx.

Some years ago I asked Omega Archive to get more info about it. They told me it is a 132.041 and was built on 26.03.1973.

When searching for more info about this model I cannot find clear information and different model numbers, like 132.014, 132.041, or 132.019 - and many, many more compared to the design of the watches.

Can someone of you help me finding the correct model number and more info on this beautiful watch?

Thank you & best regards!

What number is inside the caseback?
I know there will be the number inside, but I did not open it yet. Can I do it myself?

I would take it to a watchmaker so it doesn't get damaged.

I believe it's a screw down case back. Hoping that it's not been screwed very tight, an opening ball should do the trick. You won't risk damaging the watch and it's a nice little tool to have for future use cases. The reference should be on the inside of the case back.

In what form did you receive this information? if it was on a piece of paper why don't you show us, maybe the information we're looking for is there..

With respect with your 3 - piece suit on (for the price) the OMEGA GENEVE is most suitable because with your GOLD OMEGA on your can go for HIGH TEA at the SAVOY
