Hi, I’m not very familiar with this watch, but my dad gave it to me, and it appears to be part of a limited edition series (3/999). Could someone help me identify the model name, its production years, and provide an estimate of its current value?

Interesting. At first glance, I would have said it's a fake.

He got it 40 years ago more or less. Do you think it’s fake? More images here

Yup. everything here says fake or fantasy. Omega has a strong in house design sense. The more examples one looks at the more it becomes apparent. The calendar and other hands look generic. The partial window was popular in the 1990 when cheap skeleton watches were the rage. More importantly are case/dial proportions. Some of this goes all the way back to Louis Brandt and Fils.
