Vintage Omega Constellation #2? Help please!

Hello everyone!
You guys helped me with my first vintage Omega. Since then I have been on the hunt to keep the collection growing.
I just found this one in a shop locally and wondering if
1) this looks all factory.
2) it seems like it’s been polished a lot - would you stay away?
3) any way to guess a rough age? I did not ask to take the bracelet off yet until I got these answers.

He was asking $3700 for it which seemed fair from a quick search online.. but any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yeah, that one has definitely been polished a bit. And given that I saw 3 of the same model on Chrono24 from large dealers for under $2k, I'm also agreeing that it's over priced.
