"Vintage Omega" coming up in local auction.

Hello everybody.

New to the forum and looking to buy my first omega, condition of the mecanics in question dosent scare me, watch is in working condition and i really like the patina.

But has anybody seen this type of dial before?
I have seen similar watches but not this exact one.

Auction house claim its real, what You see is what you get, No papperwork, No history.

What do you think?

Not from what little is evident. I'd say however, that due to the aging of the dial, if you get it for €300 some people will think you've done bad while others will be envious 😀

(if the mechanicals etc. aren't too bad and the other cosmetics are ok)

The crown is correct, btw.

That was around what My gut feeling was, thank you!

This is a local auction house and nothing is sold online and there is no online listing of items, a friend took the picture for me Thinking i would be interested.

Yes Norway here 😀 auction is in Sweden, here on Christmas holiday, ill update here when auction is finished and We are back Home 😀

Ended Up Paying 1221:- NOK or 111,21:- GBP, really happy with the price, had to Wait Close to 5 hours before it came Up, worth it!

Yes, you're right. If it was a joke, but it's not.
Have you ever compared danish and swedish beer for instance? Denmark is in so many ways superior to Sweden

A wee consideration if you’re moving for the beer: may I suggest settling in Belgium? The gold standard. ::stirthepot::

(And plus one for team Denmark, albeit distant family history....👍)

Oh dear, that's a mistreated one. But the crown alone may be worth what you paid. Please take it to watchmaker inmediately, that heavy corrosion outside does not bode well for the inside.
