Vintage Omega 2401-3 Cal 360

Hi. I have just bought a lovely 1947 Omega and was wondering if this Omega crown is original (I suspect it is not). I am struggling to find other examples of this dial but maybe you can help? Do you think this watch is rare? I love wearing it and the sub dial is a lovely design as is the 34mm case, so thin! Please see pictures.
