Can you identify if this is a legit Longines and if yes, is it redialed? Secondly, can anyone identify the meaning of the caseback? TIA!

Looks legit to me. The caseback looks like another language to me, added outside of longines, probably a gift to the wearer for 10 years of employment somewhere.
