·If it's vintage, they look correct for the model to me, although I'm not sure if they're original to that watch because the hue seems different to that of the dial indices. If my recollection is correct, the Longines Conquest with the 291 movement had slightly narrower hands than the earliest models. This watch appears to have a 1st generation case with a 2nd generation movement so it should date to late 1958 or early 1959.

I want to say it just looks that way because of the angle the picture was taken at, but it's hard to be sure.
