Vintage Ladies - Omega De Ville Tank

Hi, this watch was given to my mother in law in the 1970s (already used) and she has kept it in storage since. The movement still runs.

I’d like to know if it would make financial sense to restore it, given the watch’s current status, potential value and the likely restoration/service cost.

I should have also mentioned that it has a mechanic movement, but I haven’t had it opened yet.

These watches are not worth much financially. Servicing it will be USD 350-500. And after service I think the watch will look good but won’t be worth what you spent for servicing ( more like half of it). Go ahead only for the sentimental value, there is no financial sense in it.
