·The clear-out continues. Looking for new home is a vintage Kelbert chronograph from the 50s era.
This is a rare example in beautiful condition. Unique attributes which got me to buy the watch was (1) clean step case (2) round oversized pushers (3) stunning two-tone dial which really pops under natural light (refer to wrist shots).
Case: 35mm w/o crown. Rare “step case” that’s sought after in Chronographs from this era. 18mm lug width.
Pushers and crown: both original. Oversized round mushroom pushers. Original uniquely shaped crown.
Dial: original dial that reads Kelbert Watertight. Dial is Super clean with no visible blemishes
Hands: original hands with nice patina. “Stringe” minute hand.
Movement: keeps time well. Chronograph functions as it should. Top pusher to start. Bottom pusher to stop and reset. Refer to movement pic.
Caseback: reads Kelbert Watch Company.
Strap: unfortunately the watch will not be sold with the generic beads of rice bracelet as seen in the pics (it’s the only one I have!). Buyer will get to choose between a few leather straps.
For this beautiful piece, I am asking USD1,000. Based in Singapore. Shipping to be discussed with buyer.
