Hey guys! Thinking of adding this watch to my collection. I only have 3 pictures posted by the seller to work with! I'm not too sure about the thickness of the indices but I think that this could be a 168.016. The seller only knows its a cal 751 watch unfortunately and there's also no service history though he says it runs well. Asking price is $1100. Do you guys think its a sound purchase? Thanks for the advice 馃榾

Hey,

iam not an expert for this model, but my feeling tells me, everything is fine with this watch. Except the price. I think its to high (should be around 700$ I think)

Oh ok thanks for the advice! I will try and negotiate with the seller but hmmm that seems quite a bit on the expensive side

Pictures aren鈥檛 great but all looks good to my eye. I would value slightly higher than Concer at around $800.

If you are patient, you can find a very good example for about $800

On the other hand, if you like this one and can afford it, get it.

First, whilst you will find an alternative option that is as nice, you may not like it as much and you may regret missing this one.

Second, if you can afford $800, then another couple of hundred is probably neither here nor there - just the amount you might spend on taking the family for a meal, or buying another suit and shirt for work.

Either way ask the seller for a pic of the movement and show us.
