Hey Francois and company
The watch seems to be keeping the time in thiss last position.
I was thinking about moving back the regulator to its original position in the middle of the balance cock and/or take the watch back to the watchmaker.... but maybe I should leave it as it is since it seems to be working ok
What do you think?

Something is still wrong. I would find a different watchmaker.
I don´t know any specialised watchmakers around my area in Spain.
Is there anybody you may suggest to send the watch to?
In the other hand, if its now working ok and I leave things as they are, is there anything that may go wrong in terms of damaging the mechanism?

My only suggestion was in United States, which doesn't help you much.

You probably won't damage it.

Thank you Skunkprince. You kindly suggested me a good watchmaker in the US in a previous post.

If that wont harm the watch, Ill keep it as it is at the moment. ´

I must say is keeping in time extremely well. It has been spot on in the last 27 hours!!!

Thanks for your help.

I Would´t have dared to open the back case and fiddle with the regulator without your support

Hi,

There is something wrong, but the current position of the regulator will not do anything bad to your watch. You can let is as is, but I would not consider your watch as properly serviced.

Thank you Francois

I have decided to bring the regulator back to the the S side of the balance cock and accept the watch running fast 2 mins a day or so....

It was serviced at a local Watchmaker jeweller so it was not a proper restoration/classic watchmaker service, just general cleaning and set up I suppose.

Thanks a lot for your comments, and will let you know how it goes
