·Consistency is another matter, here we have a triangle that looks like it was either carved by a kid or a drunk!

·The OP’s watch is a mystery
in some places, the watch has clearly had a hard life ( the heavily polished lugs, to me, only 1 side of the triangle is distorted, the strange writing from 4-7 o’clock) - but the middle of the medallion had a ding or gouge in it, and there is a weird ring around 11 o’c just outside the medallion - no idea what this is?
but other aspects look fine - the stars and the cross hatching on the medallion itself look crisp and sharp, and the writing on the outside of the caseback looks good
has the watch had rotor rub at some stage, maybe coupled with the case back being knocked and pushed in?
