Being a ladies watch on the small size and not made from a precious metal, I'm sorry to say, not much value, unless it is an heirloom, then priceless.

Yea Tex is correct, watches like that tend to go under $100 often just as there are so many of them around and very few women want them as the design is very dated and small.
