Annapolis
·For sale, Continental US only. I will cover the cost of USPS Priority. (If you want another shipping method, we can discuss and come to terms.) Will ship from Maryland.
Only a few months old; absolutely nothing wrong with this ideal, 20ATM water-resistant tool watch. Just not wearing it, as I find 38mm a bit on the large size for my wrist. Please review pics carefully and request more if wanted; I don't see any blemishes but your eyes may be sharper than mine. Watch is in perfect working order and ready to wear.
Full Vaer description here. (You can also check msrp; I'm trying to offer at a reasonable price, even though it's basically indiscernible from new.)
38mm case
Solar power (perpetual) quartz movement - you will never need to replace a battery on this watch
Unidirectional rotating dive bezel
Note that I'm including three straps:
-The black "tropic" rubber strap it came mounted on; this is gently used.
-The two-piece khaki NATO-style strap that also shipped with the watch; this is completely unused.
-A third-party gray rubber "fitted style" (it hugs the curve of the case just fine but isn't custom-made for this particular watch, so don't expect a RubberB/Everest-style fit) strap with pin-buckle, to which it's currently mounted.
Vaer also sells a couple oyster-style bracelets for this watch that cost around $80, I think.
All packaging and paperwork (manual, receipt) as well.
One thing to note--though it's not a problem with the watch, just a quirk--is that when unscrewing the screw-down waterproof crown and setting the time, the crown wiggles a little. At first I thought that was an issue, but it turns out a lot of brands (Vostok being a notable example) design their crowns that way in order to lessen the chance of breakage.
Vaer is a very cool, US-based microbrand; their watches are assembled here in the states, and their customer service is wonderful.
$200 includes shipping.
Happy to answer any questions!
