I do not wish to teach my granny to suck eggs but i found this link to Utube that demonstrates the use of a Rattrapante Omega De Ville Chronograph Chronometer. I should point out that the video shows a Rose Gold example, mine, however is the steel version but the process is identical

I have been after a Rattrapante for ages specifically a white dial with blue hands in steel. I cant seem to find one anywhere.
