    That’s an amazing piece. For me a sand colored suede strap might be the ticket for that piece. I’d love to have a Tiffany co-branded dial watch in the collection one day. Consider me jealous

    Unfortunately that dial has been repainted at some point in the past. Was this disclosed to you when you purchased?

    The watch is also missing its automatic winding rotor - is this what you mean by loose axel?

    Yes I have the automatic winding rotor it needs to be fixed. No I was not aware it was a redial. Thought iwc used hurler and Tiffany to co brand. Also saw some iwc from late 50's double brand w tiffant

    You are correct, IWC did use Turler and Tiffany branding. It is even possible that this originated as a Tiffany watch given the US export code on the movement.

    It certainly has been re-dialed at some point in the past though. It even looks like there is white paint on the hour markers.
