I was just going through my tin of odd buckles and I have 3 Longines buckles that appear to be from the 1960s but in what I would think are very unusual sizes. Two are 17mm and one is 18mm (inner measurements).

17mm seems odd to produce and 18mm seems large for the era. Any information about these? I have no use for them so might sell. Perhaps the 18mm one would be ideal for a larger Longines with 20mm lugs?

Any info would be great! Here’s a pic:

HI These buckles are correct. I myself have some for sale on Ebay. Seems like they had some big bands then!

The 17mm I think is for an imperial measurement, 11/16. Is about 17.5 mm
