·vacheron has made some top-wind watches in the early days (with fixed lugs), but here the quality of execution isn't exactly great. That hinge looks a bit bodged.

·Could be a pocket watch adapted in a locally produced case. And because of the position of the crown, top lugs needed modification. A watch which has been highly transformed.
