But the last ones already give something away

It's Compur sister looks like this:

Casemaker for both 12219 and 12222 is 115 (Favre Perret)

I'm far from an expert here but does it seem odd that one of the subdial hands doesn't match the other two? Service moon disk and day wheel so the hour-counter hand is probably a service replacement?

I think the hands are original actually. A virtually identical watch in better conditions was sold last year for 130 USD out of France. 3K is just ridiculous though.

Sorry point wasnt about the hands being unoriginal rather the lume - will be more specific in future

Rare bird ref 12552 (which had a VERY expensive service in 2014).... https://www.bukowskis.com/fi/auctions/663/1020-universal-geneve-tri-compax-chronograph-ca-1945. 12552 was probably made in 2 batches and I think 2x100 pieces or so
