Never seen before. Remarkable difference in font between reference and serial (and the dial is earlier). Very nice case.

New AQ auction is online. Couple of remarkable lots:

Nice Jaeger 22246 - which must be a typo because that reference is an aero compax - which is described as a redial - which I doubt... Edit: not a typo - see additional pics -

Ref 7067 (and the caseback is mismatched ;-))

Did some research on ref 7065, 7066 & 7067. All 38mm and 385 movement. I think the difference is in the bezel:
