Speaking of crazy prices... Really no more sleepers in 2023. This very interesting pocket chrono just sold for GBP 2.500 excl. 33.3% fee. Never seen one before. Estimate was GBP 30-50 😎

I've only recently started learning about Polerouters, so please let me know if there's something wrong I'm missing here, but this looks like a nice undesignated example. Probably too many unknowns (blurry photos, no movement photos, 33mm?) to pay the asking price, but the seller is accepting offers.

Completely agree - grab it before someone else does.
The lack of designation i.e. the Polerouter Date text, detracts from the value but that's a desirable reference in seemingly good condition.

But I am pretty sure this is a Breitling-related watch, not UG. Movement is a Venus one.

Fascinating. This was my watch. And those are/were my exact photos (some of which I posted a few years ago on my Instagram account). Not cool. FYI, I sold the watch a couple years ago…for about 1/3 the price being asked. 😡

Exactly. And I had one from an estate sale in Long Island a couple of years back...$2,800. I decided to pass. Similar condition, I liked it, but just decided that I have too many watch that I am not wearing already.
