The missing "hairline" on the left of the inner circle make the printing look not aligned. But it is centered when compared to the 12.

no, starts with 4 as it is gold plated.
Do you have better pics? The ones provided are too small to be completely sure, but I vote for redial and wrong hour and minute hand.

Prima is definitely a thing - we even have one on the Tre tacche thread here:

The watch is clearly 30s rather than 40s. I got excited for a moment as I thought I had a bitsa that might be able to furnish a replacement case but unfortunately the movement is different (though also unsigned and a 3-hander with a subdial).

Quite curious if any one here won it? Will be keen if the case if nicely replaced.

The watch itself is not that interesting but the configuration is:
- one of the earliest UG's - serial 700.xxx - with visible movement numbers
- serial inside CB and - 4 digit - reference on the outside

I'll get it cleaned up and let you know.

Any idea whether it might be possible to find a suitable replacement crystal? I've never looked into rectangular crystals with curved profiles.
