If the size of the dial is correct for your watch, it should, if I remember well.

 

We'll i don't have any parts right now. I'm thinking of building a franken daily beater. Potentially starting with this dial..

It will be interesting to watch this one now it's had a push from Hodinkee. I shall retreat and watch from afar.

Same watch was listed by the seller at a more reasonable £145 about 10 days ago, but removed 2 days later. I wonder why the massive price increase?

On the plus side it appears to have the extra numbers on the back of the lug which hopefully could be authenticated by Cartier; there's some papers with it but the only legible page is the one from UG. The obvious minus is the price ($4.8k), the slightly scruffy dial and the replacement crown.

 

I believe that watch belongs to a member here and was at one point posted for sale here as well (but is also here http://chronocentric.com/forums/chronotrader/index.cgi?id=67220&md=read&page=1). There was some intense discussion about getting the link with Cartier authenticated in the FS ad (and perhaps that's why it's no longer listed here) but I'm not sure anything ever came of it.

 

Correct... I remember that discussion as well.
