I actually made the guy an offer without waiting for the forum response (i like to live dangerously). He accepted my offer, cancelled and relisted the item for €150 more. What a dick.

 

He is only shipping to Italy....

 

I have seen that very often. Seems to be a common procedure of Italian dealers. My guess is that you can get it after a while for the original price. Or use another Ebay account.
