·Just scored this MK1 from the mid-1960s (23xxx serial). Lug facets are wonderfully sharp, and I absolutely LOVE the crisp and funky numerals on the gorgeous white enamel dial. Thrilled to be part of the UG FS family!

No other watch in this thread lacks the logo, if I remember correctly. Hopefully I didn’t miss where this was already discussed but if not it would be great to hear your opinions.

Looks like an incorrect rehaut to me - covers more of the dial than any of those others in this thread.

I would give the benefit of the doubt. Maybe its a distortion of the plexi on the edge of the dial, not allowing the photo to capture the swiss made.

·The rehaut could be the reason indeed. I don’t think it’s any distortion as the picture is very clear otherwise. Probably/Hopefully it’s hidden under the rehaut.

·If you look at the size of the top and bottom lug chamfers, that picture is not taken dead on - I'd put it down to some sort of refraction.
