Up for grabs this basically perfect couple of one of the latest - if not the last - affordable Italian issued watches. This specific offer is for a couple of Universal Geneve "FS" (standing for "Ferrovie dello Stato", Italian railway company) timepieces, one Mark1 and one Mark2.
These are watches that nowadays are more difficult to find in good conditions. Enamel dials are quite fragile and it's hard to find them with no marks or big signs of use.
These examples have some of the most appealing dials I see so far. They are both basically flawless, in - I'd say - superb condition. Mk2 one has a veeeeery light ivory tone, hard to capture on camera. Hands are original for both watches.
Stainless steel cases mantein their original shape, casebacks are clean and their engravings are very visible. Crowns are both original.
Movements are running well but not freshly serviced.
Collectors usually try to find both executions and complete this small collection. Here you have the opportunity to buy at the same time both watches, from the same Italian source, and with a single shipment.
Overall both watches are in great shape, a must have items, considering price and history.
For this couple my price is 1800€ including shipment. I'd like to sell them in couple, as found by me here in Italy. Me and watches are located in Italy. I have dozens of feedbacks worldwide, you can buy with total confidence.
