For sale is my Universal Geneve with the rare Climate-Proof dial. Just another one that never get enough wrist time!
Dial: 100% original dial with railroad track, radium on numerals and markers. Blued steel hour and minute hands with radium.
Case: Very nice claw lugs, case appears to be unpolished after a close inspection. Case reference and serial numbers are still very visible and deep on the case back.
Movement: Nice and clean UG cal 262. The watch is keeping good time.
The watch measures 34 mm excluding crown, 42mm from lugs to lugs, wears so much bigger on the wrist (see the wrist shot on the last photo)! Triple signed on the dial, inside caseback and movement. Inside case back writing shows Model Depose, Enversteel, Swiss and UG symbol.
Not often that this type of dial is available for sale. The photos just doesn't do justice for this watch, the dial is just stunning and looks a lot better in real life. The watch is dated back to 1946-47.
The watch is sold as is head only, no box or papers. Priced at REDUCED 1,300 USD + shipping. Paypal or bank wire only.
