·Dear Community,
I offer for sale my Universal Geneve Aero Compax dating to around 1964.
I have owned this watch from April 2019 and although it has not been serviced whilst in my possession it is running well and all functions work properly including starting, stopping and resetting the chrono.
As you can see from the pictures below it is used condition, but not bad for a nearly 60 year old wristwatch!
Please note the central chrono hand is missing its tail.
My asking price is GBP 4,250
The specs:
Age: circa.1964.
Reference: 890100/01
Movement: Manual Wind.
Calibre: UG 90 (Lemania 178).
Case: Stainless Steel.
Approximate Measurements: without / with Crown: 41mm / 44mm. end to end: 47mm.
Bezel: Aluminium, 24hrs rotating.
Strap/Buckle: Blue leather with a UG buckle I purchased separately from the watch.
Lug Width: 22mm
Both serial and reference numbers are visible with a loupe on the case-back.
No Box or Papers.
I would be happy to provide further details or pictures, please just ask.
