I’m a proud owner of a Polerouter super and wondered if anyone had experience having the original Gay Freres ricegrain bracelet or any GF bracelet repinned. I’m not having a lot of luck finding someone to do it and mine has a fair bit of stretch.

I came across this website by a very dear friend from Brazil. I have seen some discussions and I was absolutely blown away by the content.
Thus, what I am doing right now, by this message, is contacting you as a real last hope in my long journey to obtain information about a wristwatch I bought about 2 years ago.
This is a Universal Geneve which has a square case and Breguet numerals, Cal.264, from approximately the 1940s. Inside the caseback, there is no information, not even a serial number.
Please, could you help me to obtain some information about that?
In time, I take the liberty of sending you some images of this piece.

·Recently emailed UG regarding a part that I needed for a 1940s Tri-compax and they replied asking I send in the watch for an overhaul. I was surprised and specifically asked if they were servicing older watches, and they replied “of course”…. Thoughts?
