Universal and Cyma as of 2024?

Hello together,

While googling Universal Geneve I found out that Cyma was positioned as a subsidiary of UG under the Stelux umbrella. Universal held Cyma's patents for a long time.

Looking at Cyma's website, it seems like it is looked after and updated by 2024. Under "terms of conditions", they write that the website is operated by "City Chain Company Limited". Their storefinder only shows shops in Hong Kong.

So does that mean that Cyma remains at Stelux and has been seperated from Universal Geneve? Does anybody know more?
