Hey everyone!

Just wanted to share some exciting news – the brand has launched their new website ! The site already features a lot of great info on their most iconic models, including the Cabriolet, Polerouter, Compax, and Tri-Compax, and some historical details.

The video on the homepage showcases incredible attention to detail, with historically accurate ads, a recreation of the original manufacture building, and beautifully highlighted iconic pieces. This dedication to authenticity speaks a lot about the future of UG!

I recently had the opportunity to meet the Universal team in Zurich and was really impressed by how much care they’re putting into honoring the brand’s legacy and heritage. As a longtime aficionado – maybe even a bit of a crazy collector – I couldn’t be more confident about the future of Universal Genève! The new models will capture Universal Genève’s essence of "refined craftsmanship, understated elegance, and effortless sophistication", as stated in the website.

Moreover, the brand will be offering a servicing option for vintage pieces, with a focus on respecting the authenticity of each watch.

Be sure to check out the new website and sign up for the newsletter to stay updated !

I’m sharing this as a fan who’s impressed by the dedication and investment Universal Genève is making. I have no conflicts of interest or any other affiliations. It’s truly great to see the brand back in action.

The future is incredibly promising for Universal Genève, and I can’t wait to see what’s next!

Cool to see the new logo as well. As I expected, they chose the shield logo from the most golden age and modernized it. I think it’s pretty neat that the ‘thin U’ can still also be found inside😁

So this is their new U symbol? Kinda meh if you ask me. Should have just went back to the one from the 60s.

I don't really have a problem with the new logo - there have been enough of them over the years. I really don't like the font they have used, however...

When I first saw the renders I assumed it was some sort of AI design experiment.

The SAS Polerouter reedition looks absolutely stunning in person. The logo isn’t my favorite part, but it works better than I expected!

These were pretty expensive watches back then, if I recall properly. Really wondering the type of price point they will hit with the tribute!

I wonder how an applied U would look, instead of the U in a square ?

This U really is ruining the dial to me. An applied U (the 60s version) in polished stainless steel would look so much more higher end. The rest looks as good as i hoped it would, tho.

I wouldn't mind if the market can wait until 2026 before rising, just so that I get the chance to acquire a few more pieces before they get even more expensive...
