Unidentified De Ville ~1970s [Considering]

Good morning everyone, I found myself in an antique shop in Slovenia where I’ve stumbled across this Omega watch which I quite like the look of. It says De Ville, and the shop owner claims it’s from the 70s. Second hand, quartz, in very good condition. He is asking 300eu for it. Unfortunately, I did not manage to photograph it in great detail, but hopefully there is something to work with here. Using google image search, I am unable to find an exact match for the watch. So it’s hard to check the price against other listings. Can anyone confirm whether this is a genuine Omega, and whether it is indeed from the 70s? Finally, do you think it is priced right?
