I have a feeling I know where it may be going assuming you can actually part with it George (no doubt an occupational hazard you've faced many times). Can you take some more photo's, including case back, strap, etc.

The back isn't all that exciting and the strap is just a hornback leather strap with a simple 18k omega gold buckle (wish it came with a deployant)

 

I love how the kept the back original. Love it.

 

Nice! I think I prefer those twisted lugs and modern hands to the Basel 2015 release.

 

Crazy nice. Once that new FOIS is out, bragging rights on this will increase exponentially!

 

What am i missing? Where did this one come from? Current offering? At first glance I thought it was the FOIS, but clearly it is not.

 

Did Omega not fill the lettering on the caseback with black laquer?

 

They did but looks removed. I will put it back on

I think that it looks better as it is. Black lettering would spoil the look for me. The crown doesn't look right though?

 

Crown and pushers are supposed to be yellow gold.

Crown is right. Just oxidation on the gold where it runs a little rosey but the first picture on my wrist it shows a little clearer to be yellow.
