Ultrachron dial question

It has just arrived from local seller a Longines cal 431.

Dial is pretty well preserved except for strange wording “T-Swiss Made-T” without any lume remaining.
I can live with it but I would be relieved if I find an explanation to absence of lume trace although the dial “states” T. Is T wording added by a redialer or the whole dial has been redone?
What do you think please. Thank you in advance.

Everything is OK with the watch/dial. Surely the markers and hands were filled with lume which is lost now.

The case is in good condition. This is a good find. I also think that lume was not on the watch and hands.

@BlueHands @aleksejeremeev
Thank you all for commenting.
Over the net I saw a few UC dials in the same configuration than mine (with T wording AND no remaining lume.
Here I attach a closeup photo of my dial.
Thanks in advance for your input.

I found randomly by googling several UC.
Out of 5 there is one white example advertised as NOS don't displays T wording.
All 4 blue dials are with T...

I take my words back. I didn't look at other photos well. Judging by the photo, there should be a lume. On the watch, he got lost in time.

Today with the help of my watchmaker who opened the case for me, I inspected the 'nake' dial and I found under magnifier that hour makers and hands on my sample are repainted with black paint.
Tks for replies
PS: dial in this pic is photographed under watch glass.
