Ultra Deep sizing question

I like the way it looks, great piece in person. The pics on the omega website don’t do it justice. I would certainly wear it (a lot)...
I also can’t understand people want to wear a hublot, panerai or richard mille. Not my thing. But that’s just a difference in taste.
With this one I just want to make sure I dont look like a clown 🤔 because I’m blinded by the beauty of this piece 😁

Have you tried the Planet Ocean? Similar looks and a bit slimmer?

Waiting for those slim wristed cats Standy promised.

If you want a slimmer watch, get a small watch. If you want a big watch, get this watch. The Ultra Deep and the PloProf aren't meant to have the golden ratio of wearing dimensions and weight and comfort and feel, perfect small clasp, light and silk and soft bracelet, perfect weight and balance ditribution, not top heavy etc etc. This watch is not in that sweet spot. That's not the meaning of this watch. It's a big fat diver and that's why you love it. You got the composition and the arms for it. Get the rubber strap with it for a sportier look and a lighter feel, in case you look for that.

Yes tried it as well. Doesn’t appeal as much as the UD. A planet ocean in omegasteel and this dial might change that.

🤬 10 days and you haven’t bought one….

We want to see pictures of you buying it, and wearing it.

Quit this does it make my wrist look fat, skinny whatever…your 2 posts away from getting pictures of skinny wrist’d cats…😗
Those 10 days feel like much more 🤔
Taking @Annapolis advice and forcing myself to a waiting period. We’ll see how that goes 😉 The UD summer blue on steel attracts me most.

I have some new picture material 😀
Went to the AD nearby, they only had the orange version, but they will give a call when the summer blue edition comes in! I think I prefer the summer blue above this orange one. Thanks to the AD for helping me out!

To be honest, the watch did not feel as big as the first time I tried it... It's a chunk of a watch, but I think I can handle it.

In my opinion these pictures give a better impression because they are taken by someone else.
Does this change your opnion? Looking good on my wrist?

Almost head on and I can see the bracelet top and bottom.

I'm ok with this.

That's the right choice! I'll probably end up getting one next year depending on what comes out ... I have small wrists but I love the big chunky divers for the tech ... and I'm a lot less concerned about the looks. For example, I never wonder "does this SUV look too big for me??"

For years I've been rocking Sinn U1/U2 for the PVD coated tegimented anti-magnetic submarine steel, 2000m capability, ar dehumidifier capsule, etc. The Omega PO line feels like a big step up in movement (from ETA) and craftsmanship ... and the Ultra Deep adds the O-mega steel which gets closer to (or beats?) Sinn's ThyssenKrupp SUG steel (~1.6x stronger than 316L).

So for all that tech and craftsmanship, I pretty much don't care how it looks on me since I really just support the tech with wallet voting 😀

I have small wrists, but I don't think my PO GMT looks too big on me, but then I wouldn't care if others did since I love it! 🥰

Congrats! Wear in good health.

And maybe let us know how you’re liking it a few months in—? Could be a useful data point for others.

It seems you won’t feel good about the watch until someone else tells you look good in it.

Does it make you feel good or not? Inspired? Or just buy it and avoid mirrors and strangers.

I realized I like it enough to not care about what others think 😟

I will, but don't know when that will be. This watch is not in stock, have to wait for Omega delivery to the AD.

Awesome, I'm biased but it's one of the most unique variants in Omega's catalog

What do you think of the size of the ultra deep on my wrist? Go or no go? 🥰

Head on wrist shots make it look a bit bigger than in reality.

That is a beautiful watch.
