UG Space Compax help understanding dials (and original parts)

I’m new to learning about vintage Universal Genèves. I have been reading on-line about the Space Compax to potentially buy one.
I’m a bit confused about what are original parts, especially dials vs. service or re-lumed dials with silver sub registers: (I believe some call this the MK1 or the “civilian”). I see many dealers and private sellers post watches with and without hour markers lumed. I posted a few here for example. It looks like the “White” hour markers have no lume, and others have a very dark yellow lume. I can’t determine if lume and non-lume were both factory correct. Any insights would be helpful.
